The Science Behind Cryolipolysis

Cryolipolysis, also known as "fat freezing," is a non-invasive cosmetic treatment designed to reduce localized fat pockets on the body. The procedure works by exposing the targeted area to controlled cooling, which causes fat cells to undergo apoptosis, otherwise known as “cell death”.

During a Forma treatment, the Cryo T-Shock is wanded on the skin over the targeted area.
